ocean’s eleven, the mummy (1999), and the nice guys all hit that “everyone is weirdly good at their job and the plot keeps sprinting” thing. also: indiana jones and the last crusade, game night, and the man from u.n.c.l.e. if you want slicker/lighter versions of it.
